I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to my work with First People Housing. Having once faced homelessness myself, I know how vital it is to be seen, heard, and supported — and that’s what drives me every single day.

With over four years of frontline experience, I’ve helped individuals transition from street homelessness into safe, stable accommodation. I’ve worked across outreach, safeguarding, and case management, supporting people to rebuild confidence and independence through a truly person-centred approach.

Before joining First People, I worked as a Senior Homeless Navigator with Resolve, leading on assessments, risk management, and collaborative care planning. I’ve also spent years in dementia care, gaining a deep appreciation for patience, dignity, and empathy — values I carry into every part of my work today.

For me, it’s simple: everyone deserves a safe place to call home and someone in their corner while they find it.
