As Maintenance Manager at First People Housing CIC, Billy is responsible for keeping our properties running smoothly, safely, and with dignity intact. From the small fixes that quietly matter to the bigger jobs that really test patience and problem-solving, Billy approaches every task with care, pride, and an eye for doing things properly — not quickly, not cheaply, but right.
