Before he found us, Gustav worked logistics.
Early mornings. Industrial estates. Clipboards that smelled faintly of instant coffee. He learned quickly that being small didn’t mean being unimportant. In fact, it usually meant the opposite.
He’s moved archive boxes no one wanted to admit still existed. Carried equipment that absolutely had to arrive before the person who ordered it. He’s been underestimated his whole life and quietly built a personality around proving people wrong.
By the time Gustav joined us, he was ready for work that mattered. He still likes things in the right order. He just prefers them to lead somewhere.
