Meet Tallulah:
Tallulah joined First People Housing in January as a Support and Development Worker, supporting service users to build stability, confidence, and independence. She works closely with colleagues to help individuals maintain their tenancies, access support, and take positive steps forward in their lives.
She brings experience supporting people with complex needs and those navigating significant life challenges. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on helping individuals create sustainable, positive change.
Alongside her role, Tallulah is currently studying Forensic Psychology with The Open University, balancing full-time work with ongoing academic development to strengthen her professional knowledge and practice.
Outside of work, Tallulah enjoys spending time outdoors, including walking, hiking, camping, and family activities with her three children.
