Support and Development Worker

The Support and Development Worker will provide high-quality, one-to-one support to individuals transitioning from homelessness and recovering from complex life challenges. This includes helping clients sustain tenancies, access services, and achieve personal goals. The role is deeply rooted in building trusting relationships, fostering resilience, and promoting behaviour change in line with trauma-informed, person-led principles.
