Resolve Accountancy
Our Accountancy Partner
Resolve Accountancy have supported us from the very beginning. More than simply our accountants, they are trusted advisers who understand our organisation, our ambitions and the challenges that come with growth. Their approachable team provides expert accountancy, tax and business guidance, helping us make informed decisions and build on strong financial foundations. We greatly value their professionalism, practical advice and continued commitment to our success.
This reflects Resolve’s positioning as a proactive accountancy and business-support partner, rather than a firm focused only on year-end compliance.

Stevenage Borough Council
Working with Stevenage Borough Council
Since beginning our work with Stevenage Borough Council and its Housing Options Team in early 2026, we have quickly developed a strong and productive partnership. Building on the collaborative approach established with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, we combine the Council’s local housing expertise with our role as a supported housing provider.
Through open communication, coordinated referrals and a shared focus on individual needs, we are strengthening pathways into suitable accommodation and helping people move towards greater stability. Although this partnership is still relatively new, firm foundations are already in place and we look forward to developing our work together.
This aligns with the Council’s published commitment to partnership working in its Homelessness and Rough Sleeper Strategy.

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council
Working in Partnership with WHBC
Since First People Housing began in 2022, we have worked closely with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council and its Housing Needs Team. Together, we have forged a strong and effective partnership founded on trust, open communication and a shared commitment to meeting local housing needs.
By combining the Council’s knowledge of the community with our role as a supported housing provider, we can respond more effectively and help people facing housing insecurity move towards greater stability. We greatly value the team’s expertise, collaboration and continued support as we build on everything we have achieved together.
WHBC officially refers to this service as its Housing Needs Team.
